More tiles, more colors, more sizes

I made a bunch of updates and additional pieces and colors, and then also realized that I wanted a slightly different sizing for my own projects that's a bit smaller. It no longer is super great for quick tiling in the resized version, but it looks more appropriately sized for 32pixel high character sprites. I did leave the original sized ones as the v1 assets.
