Added a different building sprite

While going through some random tile bits I realized I had a second version of the outside of the building, so I tossed that in, but also I kept wanting to tweak the windows, so I went ahead and used that as a reason to try and make a different version of the windows on the building. The windows are interchangeable between the buildings.
